Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund if you purchased from us directly, Hipklips.com or Hip Klips call center. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Refunds are limited to the cost of the product at time of purchase.

Shipping/handling fees  are non-refundable.

Credit Card/Paypal processing fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged for other products offered within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for the difference in price.

We Gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their Hip Klips product from a retailer other than http://hipklips.com or Hip Klips call center. We will process your return for an exchange. We do not offer a refund for products not purchased directly from us.

Items must be in new and unused condition. A product with dirt or wear and tear will be returned to the customer with no action taken.
