design came off on first wearing
I love my hip klips, but just a few hours into first wearing the flag design popped off in a public restroom. I have since glued it back on, I have had hip klips for a few years now, and never had a design come off...so sad.

Flag moves
The flag moves over time and the klip slips out of its hole. But I haven't found anything better.
excellent product & service
Purchased XL HipKlip Bag & 2 HipLKlips at Christmas Connection in Cleveland. After wearing a it day one of the (1) klip kept popping open, I called their customer service & they did replace it at no cost. Service was excellent all around & no waiting for someone to pick up the line either!
